Position Overview:
The Senior Director of Operations and Data will lead the critical data accumulation, management and analysis processes and must have experience generating and managing data queries.
Additionally, the Senior Director of Operations and Data will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of systems and processes that drive our organization's critical functions, ensuring operational excellence across all teams.
This individual will not only ensure smooth daily operations but will also contribute to the broader mission of positively impacting the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.
You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring that all teams meet their deadlines, providing crucial data insights to the CEO and other senior leaders, and representing the organization in high-level stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities: Data & Reporting: Conduct in-depth data analysis and provide metrics, reports, and dashboards that give senior leaders, including the CEO, clear insights into operational performance and impact.
Must have substantial Microsoft Excel experience. Ensure Mission-Driven Operational Alignment: Design, implement, and manage systems that support the organization's mission of providing essential services to adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring operations align with this critical mission and are highly efficient as well as scalable.
Operational Management: Maintain and continuously improve these systems, ensuring teams consistently meet project milestones, organizational goals, and deadlines.
Leadership Support: Provide substitution support for other senior leaders when necessary, ensuring continuity and leadership across all functional areas.
Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organization in high-level stakeholder meetings across various regions, advocating for the importance of our services and ensuring strong relationships with external partners.
Problem Solving: Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and proactively address challenges within internal teams and external partnerships.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, both internally and externally, ensuring that the needs of all stakeholders are met with professionalism and care.
Key Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a strong preference for experience in the disabilities or social services sector.
Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of Power Query being a plus.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: A demonstrated track record of addressing complex challenges and implementing solutions that enhance organizational performance.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
