Situated less than an hour's drive from Denver and Denver International Airport, Rodeo Dunes offers a balance of both accessibility and escape. Drawing from its Dream Golf lineage of Bandon Dunes and Sand Valley, the resort will provide a captivating outpost for golf travelers from day one. Set on over 2,000 acres of historic, towering sand dunes, Rodeo Dunes is poised to establish itself as a world-class golf destination. Two-course routings are complete – one by the acclaimed duo of Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, and the other marking the solo debut of longtime C&C associate Jimmy Craig. What You'll Do: As Senior Director of Operations, you'll lead the charge in delivering excellence across all touchpoints. This role isn't just about running a resort—it's about crafting a legacy.
\n Lead Strategic Operations: Develop and execute operational plans that align with Rodeo Dunes' mission to provide a world-class golf and hospitality experience.Recruit and Inspire Talent: Build and mentor high-performing teams across golf operations, guest services, food & beverage, and more, fostering a culture of collaboration and professionalism.Deliver Memorable Experiences: Oversee the planning and execution of programs, events, and tournaments that capture the spirit of Rodeo Dunes and delight every guest.Manage Budgets and Performance: Drive financial success through meticulous budgeting, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making that align with revenue goals.Ensure Pristine Standards: Partner with the Superintendent and maintenance teams to maintain exceptional course conditions and impeccably kept facilities.Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with Dream Golf's Executive Team to align operations with the company's broader vision and adapt to evolving industry trends.Represent Rodeo Dunes: Act as an ambassador for the resort, building strong relationships with media, clients, and guests while embodying Western hospitality and Dream Golf values. What You Bring:7+ years of management experience in golf, hospitality, or resort operations.Proven expertise in budget management, strategic planning, and team leadership.A knack for creating memorable guest experiences that drive loyalty and satisfaction.Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.A degree in a relevant field and PGA Class A membership are preferred but not required.

This position's anticipated base salary range is $110,000-$135,000, with a total compensation package that includes performance incentives, benefits, and other rewards. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and performance.
