While we have employees across the country, we are looking to fill this particular role with someone based near our headquarters in Seattle who can commit to a hybrid schedule for more face-to-face interactions with team members. The Job We are looking for an experienced Engineering leader to drive our software engineering efforts across multiple teams, in a rapidly growing technology-backed company. Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, you will be instrumental in providing strategic direction and technical oversight, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your mission is to deliver high-impact, scalable software solutions that drive business value and enhance customer experience. Balancing immediate priorities with a long-term vision, you'll ensure our technology strategy aligns with business goals and keeps us at the forefront of the industry.
What You'll Do Leadership: Set clear priorities and strategic direction to build a high-performing, accountable team. Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
