About your role: The Senior Director is a results-oriented clinical software product management professional with deep expertise in healthcare clinical information systems and a proven track record of building and improving technology platforms to support a large portfolio of internal technology solutions and external vendors. The Senior Director leads the enhancement, deployment, and growth of Clarvida's Clinical Applications which serve as the foundational technology to drive user experience and help improve the quality and efficiency of client care. This position is accountable for Clarvida-specific clinical application projects deployments (currently procured from third party vendors), ongoing support/maintenance, upgrades/enhancements, and data and interoperability strategy with the goal of developing and delivering scalable and user-centric clinical software experiences. This role will have a high degree of complexity due to the variation of potential stakeholders and service delivery expectations. The Senior Director may lead a team of clinical applications professionals, as well as participate in the establishment of new skillsets and teams in the areas of software development and engineering. Bachelor's Degree8 or more years' experience in a leadership role 8 or more years' experience in healthcare technical product management positions 5+ years' experience in developing revenue generating healthcare IT service offerings, preferably Electronic Health Record (EHR)-related services Considerable experience in the evaluation, development and implementation of clinical and business systems and technologies. Large breadth of application experience and knowledge. Familiarity with complex enterprise clinical applications and experience addressing the unique security and confidentiality requirements of the healthcare environment.
