JOB DESCRIPTION

As theSr. Director, Sales Trainingyou will own the delivery of our Ten-X sales training program, from efficiently onboardingnewsaleshires, to helping establishedSales AccountExecutives continuously level-up their performance. In this role, you willbe responsible forensuring that all salesindividual contributors and leadershave the tools,skillsand knowledge to be successful in their current roleswhile continuing todevelop their careers at Ten-X. You will work closely with senior sales leadership to analyzeand definethe training and development needs of the sales organizationby creating and measuring the effectiveness of avariety of resourcesdesigned todeliver relevant, high impact programs and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all new-hire and advanced-level training forsales ICs and leaders, from early career to executive-level.

Supervise,monitorand report on the progress of trainees during theirtraining period.

Continue to provide follow-up coachingand developmentpertaining tojobperformancetofornew employeespost initialtraining;identifyareas of development early on and correct in real time.

Collaborate with key stakeholders tocreate andlead the design of job-specific curriculum, job aids,training collateral and KPIs.

Establish andmangeprocesses to operationalize the delivery and tracking of sales training.

Monitor, analyze, and communicate performance data to assess training effectiveness andidentifynew training needs.

Manage training delivery to inspire sustained success during training period and beyond;

Create collateral for classroom, e-learning, and a variety of other instructional techniques.

Coach and communicate with sales leaders to ensure they are effectively supporting,implementingand promoting sales trainingacross their teams.

Maintain the training program repositorytoensure itremainscomplete andup-to-datereflecting the current market, as well as being recognized as aCRE-industry leadingprogram.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited, not for profit university is essential.

Demonstration of commitment to prior employers.

5-7 years of experience in a field sales/sales management role, preferably in commercial real estate or Software as a service (SaaS) technology.

5+ years of experience in sales trainingand enablement having created a sales playbook.

Must havepreviousexperience managing full-cycle sales professionals in a metrics -driven, quota-carrying environment.

Mastery incommon sales methodologies (i.e.Solution Selling,MEDDICC, Consultative Selling,etc.).

Passion for teaching and developingothersindividuals and teams to their utmost potential.

Makes pragmatic, data-informed decisions based upon the story that the data tells.

Completeunderstanding of the salesecosystem,processand its value to asellingorganization.

Knowledge ofdynamictraining principles and techniques across different platforms(i.e.classroom, on the job, e-learning, instructionalmethodology, blend learning, etc.).

Experience in commercial real estate isrequired,additionalsales experience inPropTech, Real Estate Tech or FinTech, a plus.

Expertisein Salesforce.

Ability to travel up to 35% of the time, nationally.
