The Senior Director, Talent Management is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent within the organization. This leader will manage learning and development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The Senior Director, Talent Management works closely with other senior leaders to align talent strategies with the overall business goals and to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and drive workforce planning initiatives. Learning & Development:
Design and lead training and development programs to foster employee growth and career development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement. Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management system to ensure clear communication of expectations, regular feedback, and employee development.
Work with People Partners and managers to identify high-potential employees and provide development opportunities. Employee Engagement:
Drive employee engagement initiatives that improve organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
Analyze employee engagement surveys and metrics, making recommendations for improving retention and engagement. Diversity & Inclusion:
Promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce, ensuring that the organization attracts and develops talent from diverse backgrounds.
Partner with HR and business leaders to create and sustain an inclusive workplace culture. HR Metrics & Analytics:
Monitor and analyze key talent metrics, including turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance trends.
Report regularly to the executive team on talent management outcomes and trends, and use data to inform decision-making. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 10+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on Human Resource generalist, talent management, employee development, L&D, or organizational development. Proven leadership experience in a senior HR role. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, including succession planning, and employee development. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and drive change in a fast-paced environment. Training and development implementation. Experience with HR technologies and talent management. Nexxen operates on a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the local office. In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $160,000 - $170,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation, this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
