Based in Battle Creek, MI, we are an award-winning electrical contractor focused on new construction and design/build solutions for commercial and industrial projects. Due to growth and demand for our services, we are in need of a talented Project Manager to join our team. Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of complex electrical projects to ensure timely completion within budget. The successful candidate will be an experienced electrical contracting professional with a comprehensive knowledge of Electrical Construction, Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Electrical Systems, general MEP guidelines, and the NEC.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain logs and supervise RFIs, Daily Reports, and Submittals on our web-based program. Negotiate and maintain relations with vendors and subcontractors. Support with electrical project establishment and closeout. Perform electrical developments executing quality, operation, and safety enhancements to production lines. Ensure decisions related to electrical engineering principles apply to operation problems and requirements proposed. Develop and review of electrical project calculations. Prepare reports and study existing technical information clearly and precisely to attain client requirements. Participate in project electrical work plan development. Guide project schedule. Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant electrical PM experience Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Proficiency in Bluebeam, ConstructJob, MS Project, or other related Construction Management software Nice to have experience estimating relevant projects in the size of $50k - $10mm+ Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
