Senior Engineer

Shipt, Inc. seeks a full-time Senior Engineer based in San Francisco, CA. The Senior Engineer is responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of backend application code.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.3 years of experience in agile development.2 years of experience with each of the following:Working with Golang, Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.Working with event queues and streams, including Kafka, AWS SNS and SQS event queues.Utilizing workflow orchestration tools including Airflow.Working on data warehousing platforms including Snowflake, AWS Athena, and AWS Glue.Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
