Senior Environment Health Safety Engineer

Full time Onsite: West Valley AZ Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.-- REQUIRED Experience: 10+ years in a health and safety role within a manufacturing setting. (REQUIRED) Proficiency in using computers for data tracking and analysis. Strong skills in preparing and delivering presentations. In-depth knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, and Workers Compensation requirements. Responsibilities: Implement safety policies and procedures company-wide to ensure compliance with health, occupational, and environmental regulations. Serve as a resource for technical guidance on safety-related issues. Conduct regular safety audits and lead investigations to determine root causes and preventive measures. Develop safe operational practices for advanced technologies, including robotics, lasers, and other complex machinery. Facilitate training programs covering safety protocols, regulatory compliance, technical skills, and new employee readiness. Act as the primary lead on safety initiatives, coordinating with safety teams at each facility.
