Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Estate Planning Attorney with significant expertise in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and be skilled at managing complex cases, leading litigation efforts, and guiding junior attorneys. This role requires an attorney who can handle high-stakes cases and provide expert advice to our clients.
Competitive salary ($115K-$150K) based on experience.Health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Opportunities for leadership and professional growth in estate litigation.Responsibilities Lead the drafting and execution of sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, AHCD's, tax planning strategies.Provide expert counsel on complex probate cases, ensuring clients are well-prepared for the probate process.Oversee trust administration, ensuring compliance with fiduciary responsibilities and addressing any disputes.Manage probate and trust litigation cases, including filing lawsuits, developing strategies, and representing clients in court.Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, providing guidance and oversight on estate litigation and trust administration matters.Develop and maintain client relationships, offering customized legal solutions that address both immediate and long-term planning needs.Represent clients in contested probate or trust matters, including negotiations and litigation.Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.5+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.Active Bar membership in California.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor junior staff.Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.Proven ability to handle complex estate and probate cases from start to finish.Compensation $115,000 - $150,000
