With a focus on diverse Commercial projects, this company provides premier services that continue to attract new and repeat clients!SENIOR ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIESReview and understand all documents and assess project risksUnderstand project logistics and project scheduleManage and Develop cost estimates of 'at risk' projects including all material, labor, equipment and general condition costs necessary to deliver a complete projectActively perform pre-construction duties and participate in meetings with clients, owners and engineersMaintain a historical database of costsSENIOR ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:10+ years' experience estimating Commercial construction projectsExperience estimating all divisions of large scale Commercial Ground-Up projects is preferred but not requiredWell versed in all estimating principals including reviewing conceptual estimatesAbility to communicate collaboratively; team player and balanced in approachAdvanced computer skills with estimating software.
