Responsibilities
• Develop competitive staffing and materials estimates• Interface with Capture, BD and Operations staff• Prepare bid analysis for scope, cost, and price• Validate maintenance manuals and SME inputs• Conduct independent evaluation and selection• Prepare preliminary, definitive, and change order estimates• Prepare equipment and material take-off• Utilize company and industry historical data for costing estimates• Establish and maintain cost databases• Develop proficiency in company estimating systems
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 10 years of experience• Experience in Government Services industry• Strong Excel/Access skills• Knowledge of estimating terminology and construction principles• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts• Must be a U.S. citizen
