As a Voice Product and Resiliency and Delivery Management business management office Executive Assistant in Resiliency and Delivery Management, you should be a highly skilled strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing strong partnerships that guide impact for leaders and teams. You will possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility.In this role, you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine will include interaction with various executive-level internal clients across the lines of business. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals. This position will require work from office 50-60% on a set schedule. Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support for departments as assigned or requested, including data entry; proofreading/editing; scheduling and managing calendars and meeting invitations Support meetings including creating or preparing materials, handling logistics, taking minutes Support our pre- approval requisition process / attrition tracking or other engagements for 130+ employees Perform office support functions including mail and shipping; retrieving and responding to email inquiries Assist with or plan and organize office and outside events Expense management and facilitation of travel Other administrative duties and projects as assigned Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: High school diploma or GED, plus two or more years of experience in an Administrative or Sr. Executive Assistant role Able to prioritize and work overtime and support travel after hours as needed High proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe programs Strong proofreading skills, including excellent spelling, grammar and editing Detail oriented with strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Experience with booking and coordinating travel Ability to identify, prioritize and execute multiple projects and tasks with flexibility and tolerance for changing priorities
