About the Opportunity We are seeking an energetic, personable, and highly-organized Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder & CEO of Veza. As our EA, your responsibility is to enhance our effectiveness through administrative support and to represent Veza and the Founder/CEO to others both internally and externally. As the right-arm to the Founder/ CEO and their success, you will have a high amount of visibility and will work cross-functionally in a hyper growth, fast paced startup environment.
You will Provide top level executive support to the CEOStrategic time management, heavy calendaring, and domestic and international travel coordination as requiredExpense management and account reconciliationHandle confidential and non-routine information with utmost discretionDevelop, implement, and execute projects related to executive's area of responsibilityDecide issues which have a substantial effect on the executive's area of responsibilityConsistently work on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issuesAct as a liaison between the executive and key business partners to facilitate communication and information sharingCoordinate aspects of onsite and offsite meetings and eventsOther tasks as identifiedYou have Education BA/BS required or equivalent experienceExperience 6+ years of CEO/Executive Administrative support in both a late-stage startup and large organization requiredSkills Ability to handle multiple prioritiesCollaborative with other executive assistantsDemonstrate high integrity and confidentialityExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated dependability, team player, positive attitude and good attendancePerson of high ethics, integrity, honesty and patienceDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentExtremely proactive and efficiency oriented with ability to process and output high volumePhenomenal organizational skills with obsessive attention to detailComfortable making decisions to keep things moving forward with little to no information/directionHighly flexible, available and responsiveSuperb conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsOur Culture We're driven to build a strong company culture and are looking for individuals with solid alignment with the following:

For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
