The Senior Executive Operations Partner is a strategic and operational role that ensures seamless communication, coordination, and execution of priorities for the executive team. This person will be the key conduit between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners, providing high-level support to drive organizational success. This role is ideal for a resourceful, proactive individual who thrives in complexity and enjoys connecting dots across an organization to move the business forward smoothly. This role reports to the CEO, with daily supervision by the VP, People and strategic partnership with SVP, Marketing.
\n ResponsibilitiesExecutive Team Operations: Act as the operational backbone for executive team meetings, ensuring agenda setting, action tracking, and follow-through on priorities. Partner with executives to manage their workflows, ensuring they are focused on high-value activities.Internal Communication: Craft and execute clear, consistent, and engaging messages from the executive team to the rest of the organization. Maintain transparency by framing and disseminating key decisions, updates, and organizational goals.External Relations: Facilitate communications and engagements with prospective customers, partners, and other external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and strategic alignment. Anticipate and coordinate preparatory materials and briefings for external engagements.Strategic Support: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the executive team's operations and implement solutions. Provide real-time, intuitive support to ensure executives can navigate challenges and achieve their objectives efficiently. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline is required.Proven experience in a senior-level operational or strategic communication role (e.g., Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Assistant, or equivalent) in a startup environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to build trust with executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
\n$120,000 - $150,000 a year
The base salary offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
