Work Location: Mountain View, CA (On-site required) Position Summary: The Senior Facilities Operation Manager is responsible for SRA facilities with all maintenance, safety & related items.
Role Purpose: The Senior Facilities Operation Manager is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of all facilities buildings, acting as the contact for emergency situations. Additionally, the Senior Facilities Operation Manager will assess and consider daily 1) the safety of our employees, 2) the security of our assets and 3) the service to our members. This position will coordinate outside contractors or vendors for various services.Assist multiple remote offices in, but not limited to, their daily activities including preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation and project coordination of all Capital Improvement of Samsung Properties and event management.Under the supervision of officials responsible for the coordination and accomplishment of office management, Janitorial service, facility maintenance and construction work, following recognized industry standards for such work in a safe and efficient manner.Responsible for identifying materials and equipment needed for work to be accomplished and maintaining record of such expended-on assignments. Work is performed under general supervision and performance is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained.Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.Major Responsibilities: Keep in compliance with and abreast of all government regulations. (Building code, OSHA, etc).Contract with and supervises all outside vendors.Manage relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance.Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.Direct the day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, and landscaping.Working knowledge of an HVAC system.Bid work for tenant improvement.Keep accurate records of current space conditions including roof, HVAC, utilities and special circumstances.Maintain a preventive maintenance program within the confines of an annual budget. This includes all heating, air conditioning, as well as maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly report on the facilities and Environmental Health Safety per request from HQ.Perform other duties as requested by management.Some travel to out-of-state remote office and work-sites may be required.Some overtime may be required.Required Skills: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience or training3+ years of experience in construction will be a plusMust be able to effectively communicate (oral and written) with all employees, contractors and vendorsSelf-starter and team playerMust be organized and provide deliverables in support of project plansSpeak & write fluent KoreanIdentify, plan and coordinate facilities, space and equipment needs for ongoing and special projectsTrack and document capacity, costs, space allocation, and space requestsGuide teams in physical and technical upgrades, including selecting appropriate trainingCreate strategy for organizational updates, modernization, maintenance, and investmentBase Pay Range: $153,000 — $230,000 USD
