What this job involves: Continuous financial planning and analysis, leveraging a work order system that changes throughout the day.Development of repeatable and efficient processes to capture and report the necessary financial data.Detailed data analysis to include current month, YTD, Budget, Forecast and intra-month metrics, while referencing the prior year activity.Standing up a data warehouse, and implementing a reporting tool such as Tableau to expose and share the financial data.Leading Client facing calls to review and articulate realized variances, and being prepared for the second and third level questions that will arise when presenting results.Annual Budget planning preparation and development.Working with others to implement change.Understanding the life cycle of a work order from the time of creation until completion, and the impact that changes to the work order will have on the current month actual results.Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.Support team's efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation, simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity, and recurring analysis to identify errors or inconsistencies in large data sets.Maintain working knowledge of Master Services Agreement and any relevant amendments or appendices.Demonstrated excellence working with Big Data, Power BI, Power Query and Power Pivot, and for retaining and referencing prior work and data sets to isolate and report change over a period.Identifying variances and leading indicators to enable JLL to 'tell the story' of the results to our Client; engaging others on the Account to support variance analysis from a business perspective.Assist with the calculation of fees (i.e., Management and Incentive) as needed.Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting and communication.Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reporting.Run day to day reporting and forecasting activities for assigned portfolio, and issuance of a weekly 'flash report'.Special projects and other functions as required by manager.Must be able to acknowledge and anticipate due dates for deliverables and to seek timely input from others on the Team where needed.Implementing ways to capture and report data and results when MS Excel simply will not handle large data volumes.Sound like you? To apply you need to have: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.At least 10 years relevant experience.Advanced MS Excel skills required.Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards platform, Corrigo, Tableau a plus.Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation.Ability to collaborate cross functionally across many levels.High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems.Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills.Advanced oral and written communication skills.Excellent level of customer service skills.Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned.Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity.Estimated total compensation ran for this position is: 180,000.00 – 210,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
