NextStep Recruiting is working with a multi-billion revenue, publicly-traded Manufacturer who is looking to hire a Sr. Finance Manager to their team in Dallas, TX.
This is a dynamic role that will focus heavily on strategy, especially around evaluating capital investments.
Candidates must have the following to qualify:
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
MBA and/or Certifications a plus.7+ years of progressive financial analysis experienceMust have strong experience analyzing capital investments and creating case studies and recommendations based on financial modelsStrong Excel skills.
Power BI skills a plus.Strong presentation skills.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.Experience in manufacturing, CPG, commodities, or investment banking/consultancy working with such companies Our client is looking for someone who will grow and progress within the organization.
The role reports to an impressive Director who is a strong mentor.
