\n Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage comprehensive financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial data, submission of detailed reports, assessment of the company's financial health, and monitoring of industry trends to support informed strategic decision-making.Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations,ensuring full compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards, while providing accurate cash flow forecasting and actionable financial analysis.Manage and oversee the execution of monthly income distributions, ensuring accurate record-keeping to maintain transparency, accountability, and alignment with company policies.Review and approve budget proposals, ensuring all expenditures remain within approved limits and support organizational financial goals and objectives.Ensure full compliance with tax filing requirements by coordinating and overseeing processes, while providing accurate and timely information for audits QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.Around 5 years of relevant work experience in financial positions.Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written Mandarin skills not required).Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with other financial managementtools.Familiar with U.S. and international accounting standards; knowledgeable about tax laws and regulations.Preferred certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).Efficient, responsible, strong execution skills, agile thinking, good communication and coordination abilities, and a strong sense of confidentiality
