We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for FP and A to join us in advancing the industry forward. 
We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to drive key financial reporting, analysis, and consolidation activities across our retail operations. You will ensure accurate and timely financial consolidation across multiple entities, support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, and provide in-depth analysis to assist in strategic decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting: · Analyze financial results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, highlighting key trends, variances, and risks.
· Assist in the development of financial models for scenario analysis, forecasting, and long-range planning.
· Provide ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
System & Process Enhancement: · Support finance system upgrade projects, providing input and testing to align with financial reporting requirements.
· Ensure continuous process improvements for financial reporting and consolidation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide detailed financial insights and support business initiatives.
· Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management effectively.
Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation, ideally within the retail or consumer goods sector.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with ERP systems (NetSuite), and analytical tools (Looker).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to identify trends, resolve issues independently, and provide data-driven insights.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
Work Environment: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Performance Metrics: Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Stakeholder satisfaction and effective communication response times.
Contribution to process improvements and system enhancements.
