Job Overview:

A Senior FP&A Analyst is needed to support a growing finance department.
This role involves key responsibilities in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnership, working cross-functionally to drive the financial strategy for the organization.
The candidate will work closely with various departments, including management, clinical teams, and finance operations, to ensure effective financial planning and analysis across multiple business units.


Key Responsibilities: Oversee internal month-end reporting for management and business partners, including clinics and support functions.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial data for month-end reports, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
Conduct detailed analytical reviews of profit/loss statements and balance sheets.
Develop projections for profit/loss, balance sheets, and cash flows.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the US region, ensuring accurate financial inputs and assumptions.
Collaborate with clinical sites and support teams to provide financial insights and maintain KPI dashboards.
Communicate financial results and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Support the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Perform in-depth analysis of key financial metrics, such as revenues, personnel costs, and ROI.
Analyze performance compared to budget, forecast, and prior years.
Maintain financial models to support variance analysis and forecast projections.
Serve as the primary point of contact for financial data requests and ad hoc analysis.
Develop expertise in financial systems like ERP software and OneStream.
Build strong relationships with business units and act as a financial partner in key decision-making areas.
Assist in strategic projects alongside the finance director and executive team.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Strong understanding of GAAP and solid financial judgment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple legal entities and business units.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A detail-oriented professional with a hands-on approach and a collaborative mindset.
Salary Range: $100k - $110k
