The company's corporate financial planning and analysis group serves as the critical support partner for the executive leadership team (CEO, CFO, COO & SVPs). The team is responsible for the development and/or analysis of strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the company's strategic initiatives and plays a critical role in the future growth and success of the company overall. As a key member of the FP&A team, the Senior Analyst's primary responsibilities are to support the development of the annual budget, lead the reporting process, and the preparation analysis of operating results and other complex ad hoc financial analyses required for the profitable and responsible growth of the business. In order to succeed, this individual will utilize relationship building, strong analytical skill-sets, and a continuous improvement attitude to lead our reporting process and provide insightful analytics.
Primary Responsibilities:Lead reporting process and analysis of actual results.Prepare margin analysis, expenses monitoring and control; proactively provide analysis and recommend solutions for business process improvement.Assist with the Company's annual business plan and forecasts, including consolidation, review, and presentation which requires extensive cross-departmental teamwork.Prepare / Review customer profitability analyses for new and existing accounts.Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.Respond to non-routine and ad-hoc requests for financial information and analyses.Perform other related duties as assigned.Desired Skills:Excellent quantitative, reasoning, and analytical skills.Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal); ability to communicate effectively across functional groups and across varying levels of the organization.Demonstrated and proven financial business acumen.Excellent organization skills and demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines.Ability to adapt quickly, self-motivated, and able to work on new tasks independently.Solid knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and forecasting.An analytical mind with a strategic ability. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or relevant field of study.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree.
CFA or CPA.
Experience with SAP, EPM/BPC, PowerBI, and Cognos.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Macro and Visual Basic programming.
