About the role: Arden Hills Operations is a diverse, high-tech medical device manufacturing team that makes life changing products possible. The Senior Financial Analyst acts as business partner to the Arden Hills Operations Management Team. The individual will provide strategic planning, reporting, and analytical support and will be a key contributor to understanding and communicating financial performance across the organization.
Your responsibilities include: Working with the Manufacturing Plant leadership team to plan, forecast, and understand results for multiple value streams Financial planning and analysis to include annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly financial close and monthly expense reporting Evaluating production and financial data and analyzing trends to understand and improve key financial drivers Representing finance on key strategic and production initiatives Responding to ad hoc queries and assisting internal customers (which may include Senior Management) What we're looking for: Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business 3+ years of finance and business support experience Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills  Preferred qualifications: Masters Degree Ability to work well in a complex, highly matrixed organization  Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different value streams and business areas Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail a must  Manufacturing and project accounting experience  Experience with Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, SAP, Essbase, or SmartView retrieves
