What we're seeking:
We are currently looking for an experienced person who can bring excitement and energy to our Commercial Sales Commission team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to speak clearly and in a manner that is easy to understand.
The employee must be able to effectively communicate expectations and requirements as needed both within the team and with cross-functional teams.
Employees must also demonstrate positive interpersonal skills working in a team environment.
The employee should be able to handle large amounts of data efficiently and accurately.
You will be expected to lead a variety of projects associated with things like process improvement and new compensation plan rollout.
The employee must be willing and capable of performing the tasks across various roles as they relate to the sales commission process.
Some weekends and evenings may be required.
In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.
What we need in you:
You excel at mining and using data and analytical tools to tell stories that can be used to set business strategies and make decisions.
You are an effective communicator, especially adept at conveying complex data clearly and simply.
You are a motivated, self-starter who takes initiative to move projects forward and identify new projects to take on.
You manage your time effectively to deliver analyses and strategy recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do: You will be responsible for directly sourcing data using languages and tools such as SQL, Access, Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce, and analyzing that data in ways that support the commission payment process Lead process improvement projects including new reporting projects using Power BI Manage and support compensation plan changes as they are provided, making sure to document and test completely Ensure payout accuracy using/creating recurring validation processes Validate sales activity using Frontier billing systems You will need to know the sales compensation process You will need to be able to work on multiple time-sensitive priorities while focusing on continuous improvements You will need to have excellent written and verbal skills What we offer:

Some of which we're most proud to offer includes: Salary Range: $39,000 to $158,000 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year Day one medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plan 401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation Same-sex spouse and domestic partner benefits coverage 10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave and up to $10k in adoption program assistance What background you should have: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, and/or Statistics or equivalent experience required You should have experience with commission systems (Xactly Incent preferred), SQL, Power BI, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite Previous Sales Compensation experience required Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience communicating with all levels of the organization Detail-oriented with a commitment to analysis deliverables that are comprehensive, accurate, insightful, and timely Advanced Data Visualization skills, preferably with Power BI Advanced Excel and Access skills Ability to solve complex problems creatively, work with minimal supervision, function in a dynamic work environment, and meet aggressive deadlines Preferred Skills, but Not Required: Xactly Incent Salesforce user experience
