Our client is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team and take on the opportunity to engage with leaders across the company and help drive financial performance of the firm. The team is in office 5 days a week. Primary Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and assist with budgeting, forecasting and the reporting process. Perform analysis to determine drivers of business performance. Assist with month-end reporting and prepare monthly actuals-to-forecasts variance analysis. Collaborate with operational heads to explain operational results. Qualifications: Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Economics. 3+ years of applicable experience in financial modeling and reporting. Proficient in PowerBI or other data visualization tools. Exceptional skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving and multi-tasking.
