Senior Fp&A Analyst

LHH is working with a growing, billion-dollar organization in the search for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This position is open due to growth and reports to the VP of Finance. **Candidates must be local to the Greater Detroit area** Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analysis of monthly financial results, comparing them against forecasts, budgets, and prior year performance. Collaborate with accounting and operating companies to understand the drivers of variances and their impact on overall results. Partner with various departments to support customer profitability initiatives. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for management, the Board of Directors, and banking needs on a monthly basis. Develop and maintain standardized financial reports across the organization to ensure consistency and accuracy. Perform monthly reconciliations of financial data. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
