This scale-up is driven by an exceptional senior leadership team that have diverse backgrounds in investment banking, Private Equity and the Big 4 before focussing on building SaaS start-ups. They are looking for a strategic Senior FP&A Manager that will be able to drive insights into company performance and wants to have a huge impact on the business. Having just been backed by same private equity firm as some of techs biggest success stories, you will be joining the business at a pivotal point in their trajectory as they look to scale towards an exit in the next few years. This role will suit an individual that is very commercially astute and capable of viewing the business holistically as it will require you to build a number of cross-functional relationships. The Role Reporting into the VP of Finance, the Senior FP&A Manager professional will own the day to day FP&A function overseeing a team on Analysts and will work closely with the CP's and C-suite on strategic planning. Responsibilities: Developing a high performing FP&A team, initially managing a Senior Financial Analyst Extensive liaising with internal stakeholders to provide commercial data and insight In depth analysis of company performance, including mapping key KPI's and SaaS metrics to help identify areas of opportunity. Responsible for all financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. Developing and maintaining financial models to bring clarity to financial data for multiple areas of the business. Business partnering with operations, marketing, HR, product and sales teams to improve internal reporting processes Liaising with external stakeholders including producing board packs and supporting future fundraising activity What you need: 7+ years experience in FP&A Experience in a scaling SaaS business Strong modelling skills Previous experience managing and developing analysts Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement What we'd like to see: Investment banking experience (TMT preferred) Experience with BI and data tools (Tableau, SQL, Snowflake) Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 Location: Remote (Must be EST timezone) If you are interested about this exceptional opportunity, please connect with Chris for further details.
