In this role, you'll help design and develop new AI-driven products and foundational components that enhance the functionality of our 30+ existing products. Your work will transform how our Engineering teams build and incorporate AI into our software development practices at Rippling.
What You'll Do:Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify and implement AI capabilities within Rippling's existing products.Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven products and features from scratch, focusing on improving user experience and functionality.Help lead development efforts across the stack, building both backend services and frontend interfaces that integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.Qualifications:5+ years of software engineering experience.Experience in our technology stack - Python, Django, Golang, React, MongoDB, Presto, Pinot, Kafka, AWS.Industry experience building frontend components in React.Ability to thrive in a full-stack environment by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing them.A track record of influencing and enabling forward-thinking technology decisions across a broad organization.Excellent ability to communicate complex technical ideas with clarity and precision in written and verbal formats.Additional Information:Rippling is an equal-opportunity employer.
