NextDeavor is searching for a Full Stack Engineer for a prominent e-commerce company.E-commerce plays a vital role in enhancing and expanding the payment platform, and e-commerce solutions contribute to the growth of merchants' online businesses by advancing payment web services and supporting various functionalities across the company's suite of apps tailored for merchants. Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:Own one or more payment web services, taking responsibility for adding new features, resolving bugs, and refactoring/improving the codebase.Collaborate with Server Backend engineers, Android Application Engineers, the Product Team, and designers to ensure seamless integration and functionality across our suite of apps.Work closely with the Product Team to identify technical requirements in product meetings.Assist the business team in realistic project planning and feature development by translating product requirements into functional, maintainable, and extensible software.Collaborate in an iterative model, releasing web features every other week.Maintain a pragmatic approach in balancing priorities to contribute to the improvement and expansion of the company's payment platform and product.Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:Bachelor's of Sciencewith an emphasis in Computer Science or Electrical and MathematicsMinimum of 5+ years of experience in Web developmentDemonstrated strong understanding of Javascript/TypescriptExtensive experience with ReactProficient in CSS3 and HTML5 templatingFundamental understanding of single-page appsSome hands-on experience in writing tests, utilizing tools like Jest, Cypress.io, and Selenium.Basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of REST APIsHands-on experience with package management systems such as yarn, Bower, etc.Familiarity with build systems like Webpack, Rollup, etc.Exhibit superior problem-solving skills and browser debugging capabilitiesDisplay flexibility and self-driven initiative with a collaborative approach to problem-solvingHere's what else might help you out:Jest/Cypress/WebpackModular SAASExperience with Ember.js frameworkFamiliarity with JavaExposure to CSS pre-compilers, such as Sass or LessExperience with distributed computingE-commerce/Checkout experienceWeb securityPay Range:
