Title:Senior Full Stack Web Developer

Duration:6 months contract

We are looking for an experienced senior full stack web front end software engineer who can develop responsive web experiences that serve athletes and consumers.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in JavaScript and React/Redux along with a good sense of UX design, especially with a consumer focus. You should be able to take Figma wireframes and transform them into rich, interactive functionality using fluid grid layout. You are expected to integrate with cloud services and web API and be able to collaborate with development and product team members.

You will be a part of the Global Technology organization working closely with NIKE Membership and Commerce teams. You will work on features and functionalities to make the Nike.com experience rewarding and engaging for Nike members. Responsibilities
• Develop high quality, consumer-grade, responsive web experiences.
• Design and implement front-end functionality based on wireframes.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to define features.
• Utilize latest standards and technologies to improve code and capabilities.
• Assist with Sprint planning and organization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant software professional experience.
• Strong programming expertise in JavaScript and React/Redux
• Experience in full stack development, preferably for public-facing production apps.
• Experience in responsive web design using HTML5 and CSS best practices.
• Experience with automated testing, along with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of browser behaviors, client-side persistence and asynchronous events.
• Knowledge of REST, GraphQL and other API patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures and AWS services.
• Experience developing wireframes, preferably with Figma is a huge plus.
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and/or Agile principles and practice.
• Excellent communication skills in working with globally distributed teams.
