The Opportunity: Are you interested in a Staff Geologist / Staff Civil Engineering position that allows you to own your projects from cradle to grave? At C2Earth, we work to optimize our employees' career development by exposing them to the entirety of each assigned project. This includes developing scopes of work, preparing budgets, conducting subsurface exploration programs, mapping geologic/engineering site conditions, performing laboratory testing, drafting, analyzing collected data, writing reports or letters, and overseeing contractors' proper execution of the approved plan.

Unlike many larger firms, bonuses begin at 1,300 billable hours. Fridays are off at 1pm, allowing you to finish any remaining tasks or take personal time. You Will Have the Opportunity To: Work with our subcontractors to schedule field work & obtain permits from local agenciesOversee drilling test pit/trench operationsObserve fieldwork and manage recording of dataCreate slope profiles and field mapsConduct laboratory testingPrepare illustrations and conceptual design figures for publicationAssist with analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting collected data and measurementsGain working knowledge and understanding of engineering, geologic, and geotechnical engineering concepts and project requirementsAbout Us: C2Earth, Inc. is a well-established Geologic and Geotechnical Engineering firm that has a long history of being well respected by communities and business owners since 1983.
