Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is currently seeking a licensed, Senior Level Geotechnical Engineer with 10 or more years of experience
in geotechnical engineering and construction observation and testing for our Nashville, TN office.
The selected individual will manage current staff, projects and be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring new staff. Additionally, they will handle all business and project management functions, such as proposal preparation and review, invoice scrutiny, budget monitoring, collections, and ensuring profitability. Responsibilities and Requirements Make independent decisions regarding problems and methods, and represent the company with professional authority in meetings with clients and contractors to resolve crucial issues and coordinate work.
Team leader on routine and complex projectsApply experience and diversified knowledge of scientific and engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields Employ advanced techniques by modifying and extending theories and practices within his/her field and related sciences and disciplinesProvide technical leadership to staff
