As the Founding Go-to-Market Strategy Analyst at Scribe, you will support critical teams, including Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
Reporting to the Head of Data, you will use data-driven insights and strategic analysis to shape go-to-market initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and optimize customer retention.
You'll collaborate with these teams to create actionable insights that influence sales performance, marketing efficiency, and customer success.
This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
You'll analyze trends and data, providing recommendations that directly impact growth metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
Your work will focus on optimizing sales funnels, improving marketing outcomes, and driving customer success, influencing both short-term results and long-term strategy.
What you'll do GTM Strategy Development: Collaborate across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop data-driven strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Funnel Optimization: Analyze sales pipelines and customer journeys to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and drive better outcomes across Sales and Customer Success.
Metrics and Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, ensuring visibility for leadership and stakeholders.
Forecasting and Planning: Partner with Finance and Sales to forecast performance and optimize marketing and sales investments.
Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data to uncover actionable insights and trends that guide strategies in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
Predictive Analytics: Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior, prioritize marketing efforts, and identify high-value segments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketing) to align on strategies and operational efficiencies that drive growth.
You could be a great fit if You have 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data science with a focus on GTM, Sales, or Marketing in B2B SaaS.
You have 2+ years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, investment banking, or strategy roles.
You're proficient in SQL and can build complex, scalable queries to support decision-making across key business teams.
You're experienced in building and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time insights into key business metrics.
You have expertise in turning data into actionable insights that impact customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
You're familiar with key SaaS metrics like CAC, LTV, and NRR and are adept at driving business impact through data.
You're comfortable working in a high-growth environment and thrive on solving complex problems.
Bonus Experience with platforms like dbt, Snowflake, Sigma Computing, and Airbyte.
Familiar with tools like Mixpanel, Salesforce, and Stripe.
Skilled in predictive analytics for forecasting trends and opportunities.
Proficient in scripting languages like Python or R. Startup experience - we build and move fast!
