This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday. Expectations: Understanding of design trends and emerging technologiesIn-depth knowledge of color theory, composition, and typographyEnsure brand consistency throughout applicable digital propertiesA strong eye for visual compositionAble to give and receive constructive criticismPassion for finding creative solutions through designCreative problem solverWork independently and cooperatively on multiple projects Responsibilities: Develop illustrations, logos, and other designsWork with copywriters and creative director to produce final designPrepare presentation decks and present ideasCreate and design various materials for print and digital collateralExperience in retouching and manipulation of imagesWork with print production manager to produce printed materialConvert strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity Qualifications: Initiative: exhibit self-motivation and a strong desire to perform at a high level3+ years' experience as a graphic designer or in a related fieldDemonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolioExpert skills using design programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and othersA minimum of three years of relevant experience within the advertising and marketing industryBusiness acumen (financial, marketing, and strategic) skills necessary to effectively interface internallyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (verbal, written, and listening) necessary to provide the highest level of internal and Client service and collaborationDesire and willingness to excel as a teamAbility to travel as needed or requiredUnusual work hours are occasionally necessary to meet Agency and client timelines and deliverables Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
