We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior GTM Strategy & Execution Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Wizards Play Network. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the development, execution, and optimization of commercial programs and services designed to support our network of retailers and improve the player experience! This role requires a strong blend of collaboration, strategic thinking, project and program management expertise, a bias for action, and customer focus.
The Wizards Play Network (WPN) is a global community connecting players and retailers over a shared love of games, facilitating engaging experiences in the realms of Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and other Wizards IPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement programs that unlock growth and provide new capabilities for WPN retailers, including building GTM plans for new play opportunities, and partnerships that will provide new digital capabilities for retailers.
Go To Market Execution:
Develop GTM roadmap and work with cross-functional peers to ensure task completion. Own the implementation execution for the business.
Customer & Partner Success:
Lead change with our partners and customers by facilitating the adoption of these programs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Game Development to ensure alignment of programs with broader business objectives.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of experience designing commercial/GTM programs in a retail, CPG, or B2B environment
Experience navigating and leading through ambiguity and change.
Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
Starting Pay Range: $118,113
Pay Range End: $177,430
