Senior Healthcare Lawyer - Fully Remote ** Our client is seeking a seasoned healthcare lawyer with experience working on healthcare regulatory compliance and transactional matters. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US, as this is a fully remote opportunity. Additionally, our client does not have a minimum billable hour requirement, creating an outstanding work-life balance.
This position will focus on the ** * healthcare regulatory compliance, counseling, and advice; evaluating risks in health care transactions and negotiating transactional documents; health care corporate governance, organizational structure, and strategic initiatives; and health care structures, such as IPAs, ACOs, MSOs, and GPOs.
