WHAT YOU'LL DO Our team oversees the entire employee lifecycle for over 500 PROhana members, both in Hawaii and across the US Mainland. From recruiting and onboarding to development and retention, we ensure that we bring on and keep top talent to drive exceptional service and business results.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. In this role, you'll assess and anticipate HR needs, deliver HR services, support leaders in optimizing team performance, and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance our culture and mission. Responsibilities include:

Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and partner with leadership to address retention challenges and strategies. Develop, track, and report on people-related metrics. Lead quarterly talent assessments and collaborate with leaders to implement action plans. Measure employee satisfaction through quarterly eNPS surveys. Successfully lead annual open enrollment and AUW campaign initiatives. Serve as a consultant to management on performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Manage and investigate employee concerns, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Collaborate with the HR team to design recognition, culture, talent management, and development programs. Stay current on HR trends and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance HR effectiveness. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 5-7+ years of experience in a strategic HR role; experience partnering with senior leaders is a plus. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Strategic thinking and a proven ability to create innovative solutions to complex HR challenges. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Competitive Pay & Benefits: We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work. The pay range for this role is $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
