The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with HR on strategy and provide proactive system solutions with a strong focus on driving the continuous improvement of automation, self-service, employee experience and data integrity.Responsibilities:Partners with assigned HR Centers of Excellence to drive HRIS roadmapStrong member of technology community to understand and implement best practices and key HR trendsReview all Oracle Release information and attend Oracle product webinars to enhance learnings of new functionality that can be utilized and implemented in the existing Oracle System.Collaborates with and provide superior services to internal customersLiaison with support role(s) on process, workflow, and trainingUses data to drive decision making and solve for root causeConfigures and evaluates the various system solutions to best meet the organization's needs while leveraging technology to be more efficient, accurate, and customer orientedDevelops reports and dashboards from customers strategy, goals, and requirementsAssists with other HR projects as assignedQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:3+ year's experience in HRIS system administration to include recent experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
