OverviewWe're looking for a HubSpot Solutions Specialist and RevOps expert with experience working in enterprise environments to take full ownership of our HubSpot CRM. This role involves configuring, automating, and managing our HubSpot system to support revenue operations and align with the needs of our sales and marketing teams. You'll design scalable solutions to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and ensure HubSpot is an effective tool for driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, GA, with relocation assistance available.
What You'll Be DoingHubSpot Configuration: Set up and maintain core CRM functions, including user roles, custom fields, and permissions, ensuring the system is optimized for enterprise-level needs.
Workflow Automation: Create and troubleshoot automated workflows to support processes across sales, marketing, and customer service, reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency.
Custom Objects Management: Design and manage custom objects to support complex data relationships tailored to our specific business requirements.
Pipeline and Activity Tracking: Develop tools within HubSpot for effective pipeline management, lead scoring, and tracking of sales activities.
Email Campaign Management: Set up one-off and automated email campaigns, including segmentation and testing, to support marketing efforts.
Third-Party Integrations: Integrate HubSpot with other business tools to support seamless data flow and centralized reporting.
API Utilization: Use HubSpot's API to extract data, build custom integrations, and support advanced reporting needs.
Attribution Tracking: Implement multi-touch attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness across paid and organic channels.
Zapier Automations: Build multi-step workflows in Zapier to automate data syncing and processes between HubSpot and other applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with sales and marketing teams to identify needs and configure HubSpot to meet their goals.

Who You AreExperienced with Enterprise CRM Needs: You have 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot in an enterprise or large-scale environment, managing complex workflows and data structures.
You're proficient with HubSpot's advanced configuration, including custom objects, API use, and workflow automation. You can set up and troubleshoot complex workflows and integrations.
You understand how to configure HubSpot to support revenue operations, from pipeline management to marketing attribution, and have a record of improving CRM usability for these teams.
You're experienced with building workflows in both HubSpot and Zapier, using automation to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.
You know how to interpret and create reports using cross-platform data to drive insights.
You can translate business needs into technical solutions and resolve issues quickly, keeping CRM functionality aligned with organizational goals.
