Position Summary:
The Senior Human Resource Business Partner will have full responsibility for creating and administering strategic initiatives related to employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, workforce planning, data analysis and overall strategy for other areas of Human Resources. They will also help to create a training and development program across the organization that helps to identify skill gaps, necessary internal and external training along with working with managers to create employee career development paths.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build great relationships with business function leaders and managers to enable coaching and mentoring.
Create an organizational training strategy which includes new hire training, internal and external training, learning management systems and employee career development.
Work with the Human Resources Manager to work through employee relations issues/complaints and ensuring that employee performance evaluations and records are maintained.
Influence business decisions and workforce planning based on analyzing employee data.
Develop salary ranges and bands to keep employee compensation equitable throughout the organization and create incentive plans for retention.
Develop initiatives to increase employee engagement and retention.
Generate ideas and implement process improvements within the department and job scope to continually improve the employee experience.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, an individual must possess the knowledge, training, experience and abilities required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Business Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHR or SPHR certification
Experience:
Eight years of Human Resources experience.
Strong knowledge of best practices across the HR function with a proven track record of innovation in people practices, culture, and team effectiveness.
Background or experience in employee Learning & Development.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
Additional Requirements:
Must be willing to work overtime as required.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing organization is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits :
The salary range for this role ranges from $95,000-$125,000.
This range represent the anticipated minimum and maximum base + bonus for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicant's qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and therefore, may fall outside the range shown, depending on the circumstances.
