Implementation Management at Curai Curai is a health tech company that offers virtual urgent and primary care services powered by a world class care team and cutting edge AI. We have recently gone to market as an enablement solution for other healthcare service businesses.  As an implementation manager, you will be responsible for running successful and timely customer and partner launches. You will coordinate large cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Clinical, Engineering, Data, and Marketing) to deliver a delightful initial experience for our customers. You will be responsible for multiple healthcare service launches. For each launch, you'll work to deeply understand our partner's needs and how Curai can solve important problems with them. You will work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams to make sure we are getting deliverables to the customer in a timely manner, as well as continuing to ensure implementation success within the first 90 days of account launch.  Who You Are:  • A polished professional with strong executive presence  • Highly skilled at project management • Great at relationship building  • Excellent at managing stakeholder expectations • Highly knowledgeable about the healthcare industry • A great verbal and written communicator • A very strong presenter and meeting facilitator  What You'll Do: • Earn and maintain customer trust throughout the duration of implementation activities, especially when things don't go to plan • Serve as the customer's primary point of contact from contract signing through 90 days post launch • Communicate project status to customer and internal stakeholders, including C-suite executives  • Deliver complex healthcare service implementations on time and within budget • Serve as a bridge between the business development and cross-functional teams by breaking down customer requirements into clear deliverables and workstreams • Create project governance processes, including team check ins, task tracking, and weekly reporting • Help the team identify and mitigate project risks and trade-offs • Communicate customer feedback to cross-functional teams, so that new requirements can be prioritized and put on product roadmaps • Travel for customer meetings and industry conferences What You'll Need: • 3-7 years of healthcare implementations, program management, or project management experience • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage large cross functional teams (15 individuals or more) • Demonstrated ability to deliver healthcare projects on time and within budget • Excellent customer service, listening and communication skills • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels and disciplines  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.  • High reliability and attention to detail. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, they increase your overall compensation package significantly based on company success. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
