To strengthen our motivated Board and Paper Sales Team in the United States, we are looking for a passionate Senior Import Customer Service Specialist.
Your Role
You will be a liaison between European production, US sales, international customer service, and clients
You manage orders, forecasts, and customer communication for the US and Canada
You handle order entry, invoicing, and reporting on sales performance and service metrics
You oversee the supply chain operations, identify improvements, and optimize manufacturing forecasts
You manage inventory, storage, and transportation to reduce costs and maintain product availability
You ensure on-time delivery of shipments, addressing delays and keeping clients informed
You collaborate with supply chain and IT teams to refine NA-specific documentation needs
You address client issues, monitor receivables, and support sales with overdue collections
Your Profile
You have 5+ years of experience in customer service/logistics (Forest product industry and import experience a plus)
You preferably have leadership/supervisory experience
You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
You portray strong communication and exceptional problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in ERP (eg SAP) is a valuable asset
