Job Description
Based in Amsterdam but working on a major infrastructure project in Ireland, in this role as Interface Manager, your main focus will be on bringing together external stakeholders with technical designers, logistic and construction planners.
Your key responsibilities will be, among other things:
Identification of interfaces between project and stakeholders.
Assessing the severity of these interfaces and the classification of them.
Liaising with stakeholders and the project team to discuss interface ownership, monitoring, related risks and risk mitigation actions.
Creating and sharing interface status reports with the internal teams.
This role will require a 3 day weekly presence in Dublin for an initial period of 4 months.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years experience in Project Management related roles, working on major, large scale projects.
Engineering background.
Solid infrastructure experience, railway experience is a prerequisite.
Sound social skills, able to work with different stakeholders and stimulate collaboration.
A commercial mindset, being able to participate in the forming of agreements.
Fluency in English, Dutch is a bonus.
