Senior It Support Specialist

Senior IT Support Specialist 12 month W2 (ONLY) Contract assignment - No Sponsorship or Third Parties.
Minimum 5 years' experience with Windows administration Experience with Active Directory (AD), SCCM, MS Intune, and MS Azure Ability to lift, move, and install equipment up to 45 lbs Familiarity with Windows Operating systems, PC/Laptop Hardware maintenance, and Software/Hardware troubleshooting Networking skills - TCP/IP, Windows Domains, Network configuration Excellent communication and customer relations abilities Ability to work autonomously and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience or Skillsets: Experience in a life science, laboratory, and/or regulated environment is highly desirable Experience with AWS, Hyper-V, and ServiceNow Milestone is seeking to engage a Sr. IS Support Analyst with windows administration expertise to join our Enterprise Benchtop Services team for an 12 month W2 Contract assignment.
Will perform Windows system administration for laboratory-based computer systems used to control laboratory instruments.
The IS Analyst will work closely with scientific functional groups to install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot lab workstation hardware and software.
This role will support upgrading client's lab IT assets from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and will ensure proper instrument data management.
The role will also work on general lab IT system problem tickets as reported by lab scientists.
Typical activities will include Windows system upgrades, lab data remediation, general ticket resolution, documentation, and additional tasks such as inventory management, anti-virus deployments, and support network segmentation efforts.
Compensation : The estimated pay range for this position is USD $45.00/Hr - USD $47.00/Hr.
