Senior Java Spark Developer

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 8 years of Information Technology experience. Experience in Java, Spark, Hadoop, Impala, Cloudera Preferred Qualifications At least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Application Development role. At least 4 to 8 years of experience Leading, Managing a development team of at least 4/5 individuals. At least 5 years of experience with Big Data technologies and exposure to data pipelines. At least 3 years of experience with Apache Spark streaming and batch framework is a must. Working experience in programming Spark SQL, Hive SQL. Java for Spark. Experience with Kafka / high performing streaming framework, Experience in Hadoop components - Hive is a plus Experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or Test-Driven Development environment. Working experience with DevOps practices such as Pipelines, CI / CD is preferred. Experience in Data analytics, Data Engineering and understanding of Data Architecture Knowledge of Financial Domain Driven design is must. High customer orientation. High quality awareness.
