Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JEMSO missions in order to provide the JEMSO Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations.
Specific Duties: In this position you will be responsible for:
Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet the JCER mission;Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging JEMSO threats to joint operations;Analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information;Evaluating emerging JEMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results;Making recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations.Qualifications: Twelve (12) plus years of experience;Understanding of current service capabilities to include communication/tactical data links and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat JEMSO;Experience with any service ISR/C2 platform.Desired Qualifications: Preferably expertise specializing in Navy ISR/C2; however, experience with any other service ISR/C2 platform is acceptable.Bachelor's degree and fifteen (15) years of experience in Naval ISR/C2 operations.Experience conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction.Experience working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations.Training and certification as a PMP are highly recommended for individuals lacking requisite military leadership experience.To apply to this position please go to www.s4inc.com and click on Careers to complete an employment application and to upload your resume.
