JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a Senior Key Accounts Manager with expertise in apparel and experience managing top-tier retail accounts. This role is critical to managing and growing our largest revenue channel while supporting strategic account management and team development. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Manage all aspects of assigned account(s) including day-to-day communication, weekly performance reporting, assortment planning, meeting preparation, meeting execution, meeting follow-up, and overall growth strategy. Facilitate (in partnership with the Account Manager) seasonal appointment planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up. Audit order files to ensure accuracy. Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly selling reports with actionable insights. Analyze and report product sell-through and inventory metrics, and partner with Account Manager(s) to suggest re-orders and identify sales opportunities.Identify opportunities and challenges within the assigned account(s) and partner with the Account Manager to create/implement strategies to maximize margin, sell-through, market share, and optimize sales opportunities. Manage and process samples required for applicable account(s).Partner with the Sales Operations Team to ensure the fulfillment and on-time delivery of applicable orders.Power BI Access Partner with the Product Knowledge Team to identify store-level needs and drive product sales.Partner with the Marketing Team to coordinate copy and photo asset requirements for the applicable account(s) Serve as a product/service expert and learn new product lines, fabrications, and features.Serve as an accounting expert and remain up to date on product trends, store trends, regional trends, and growth opportunities. THE TECHNICAL STUFF 5-7 years experience working in retail, apparel, merchandising Sales or Account Management.Proven success achieving sales targets, streamlining operations, managing sales representatives.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Deadline driven, and the ability to work through uncertainty.Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, capable of discussing complex issues effectively with senior management.Data-driven decision-making skills and experience in providing strategic recommendations.
