About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to join the Consumer and Business Banking Deposits Financial Product Team.
This team is responsible for developing product value propositions and go-to-market strategies that drive customer and balance growth coupled with high customer satisfaction.
As a key member of the Small Business Deposits Product Team; you will focus on managing our business checking, savings, CDs and specialized portfolios such as government banking, public funds and IOLTA/RETA.
You will be responsible for leading all BAU product and project management activities in line with our roadmap and growth objectives for business checking, savings, CDs, government banking, public funds and IOLTA/RETA accounts.
Learn more about the career areas and business divisionsat wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will: Oversee product management and strategic focus for business banking checking, savings and CDs solutions that meet the needs of our everyday customersOversee product management and strategic focus for specialized portfolios- government banking, public funds and IOLTA/RETAProvide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on innovative products and solutions to meet customer needsAnalyze customer needs, market dynamics, trends, regulatory requirements, and risk management to inform product, solution, and experiences we deliverDevelop and influence business plans and metrics, requirements, and change implementations across multiple groupsArticulate product vision, define scope, establish goals, and provide direction on building, changing, and managing deposit products, solutions, and experiencesEngage, collaborate, and influence leaders, stakeholders, partners, subject matter experts, project managers and delivery teams companywideProvide data analysis and reporting relative to cash flow management products and servicesRequired Qualifications: 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications: Financial services, business banking product development and management experienceExperience managing products and overseeing product management and strategic focus for business checking, savings and CD products, solutions and customer experiencesExperience managing specialized portfolios such as government banking, public funds, IOLTA and RETA is preferred but not requiredKnowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market deliveryExperience working in an Agile organizationProven track record of delivering resultsSelf-starter with high energy and motivation who works well independently and can lead cross-functional teamsAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partnersStrong sense of urgency and results oriented with the ability to motivate teams and mobilize resourcesStrong relationship management, influencing, vision, operational and execution skillsProven ability to influence, educate and advocate for an idea or vision and gain alignmentAbility to visualize, articulate, and solve problemsComfortable working with a wide variety of corporate executives, channels, marketing, operations, and other business partnersStrong ability to assess market and competitive conditions and to develop creative, breakthrough approaches supporting improved customer experiences and operational efficienciesAbility to create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic "storytelling" skillsExceptional organization, coordination, and time management skillsHigh level of proficiency with data, analysis, metrics, and financials to identify opportunitiesJob Expectations: Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job openingThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleAbility to travel up to 10% of timeThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipRequired location(s) listed below.
