Responsibilities
• Lead administrative support for attorneys in Dispute Resolution, Benefits, and Legal Technology, Records & eDiscovery.• Compose, type/merge, red-line, format, proofread, and transmit legal documents and correspondence.• Enter matters in various databases, update practice area database information, and handle execution of documents.• Create and maintain filing and organization systems for records, reports, and documents.• Track correspondence and matters requiring response, provide incoming correspondence/mail support, and answer/screen incoming calls.• Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.• Provide administrative support to the Legal Technology team and assist with special projects as requested.• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information, handle legal publication subscriptions and invoices.• Perform any other necessary duties.
Requirements
• Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a law firm, corporate law, or information technology department.• Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.• Adept with technology and highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM software, and Adobe products.• Fast, accurate typing, strong word processing and proofreading skills.• Strong attention to detail, flexibility to adapt to changing workload priorities, and ability to work well under pressure.• Good judgment, professional demeanor, diligence, and strong work ethic.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good written and verbal skills.• High School Degree required, college degree a plus.
