In this true generalist position, you will report directly to the GC and provide legal and commercial advice and strategy on M&As, joint ventures, and farm-in/farm-out agreement matters; give practical legal and commercial advice on acquisitions and divestments; and provide legal support and advice to head office functions, including treasury, HR, company secretarial, tax and finance.
